Broadcast a message / also ability to scheduled a broadcast message.
If we can broadcast message to specific client, we can remind them to leave their computer on over night so scheduled update would be run. Or if there is a scam email being send to everyone in the organization, we could let them know to delete the message. As Atera agent already installed on all the machines, pushing a pop up message would help to reach many users quickly.

Set description for returned value in snmp
I would like to add an area where we can set a Display string for returned values in the SNMP monitoring. For example if a SNMP OID returns a value of 2 it would display Normal. I would like the option to customise this depending on the device we are setting up.

Microsoft Lifecycle (End of life for Microsoft product)
Really need to visualy see if a computer run on supported version of Windows.

WMI Queries/ PowerShell Output
The ability to query a device's WMI and then set a custom field in the agent's record would allow us to then use those custom fields with filters. For example, query the processor type and then set a custom field to read either Intel or AMD.
I can see this working as a WMI query function built by Atera or an added feature to the installed agent that allows a script to send data back to the agent which would update the record.

Ability to have a view and/or report that will list all devices that require a reboot.
Now that the feature is there to show if a device needs a reboot, it would be nice if we could create a view and/or report that would show a list of those devices.

Fix issues with File Transfer
Please fix the issues with File Transfer to make it more useful:
- Show file dates/times
- Show full filenames
- Download multiple files and/or folders
- Allow upload of multiple files and/or folders
- Add typical "back" navigation - not just via the file tree
Isn't there a much richer off-the-shelf File Manager you could integrate that provides the basic background file management functions we need?

Display if a machine is at the office or remote
Within Atera it asks that we define the business Public IP. What would be nice is to view if a user is working at the office or remotely when looking at devices under the customer name.

Access Audit log
We should be able to audit who accesses what devices and when, including shifty Atera staff who get 4 digit pins from us and start accessing our customer computers whenever they want.

File transfer needs to support more than 100mb files. Is this 2005?
5gb file limit should be the minimum, preferably 10gb.

Screen / Monitors preview (somewhat blurred) before initiating remote session
It would be helpful before we start remote session so we can see if user is busy/in a meeting/or not in front of the computer. Maybe very low quality image of current view of the screen with hard to read details so we are not intruding on their privacy.

Manual inventory entry
I'd like to be able to manually type in a device's spec. If we buy 10 laptops I'd rather not have to unbox them all to install agent to know what we have in inventory.

Link to device's Folder
When you are working with a group of devices in a specific folder, there should be a link on the device page to go back to that folder you started in. Right now I have to go back to the company page and then to the folder.

Ability to bulk import generic, unmonitored devices. Example: Excel list of devices (Ipads, monitors, projectors, etc). Import the list from a default CSV file.

Alert, when there a patch larger than the amount of free space left on the device
A patch that is 15GB large, won't be installed on a server, with only 13GB of free space. And there are no alarms about it won't be installed.
So the feature request is to be able to create an alarm, when there are a patch not being installed because of lack of free space on the device.

Store Windows Event Log Entries
When monitoring the Windows Event Log for events (like Failed Login Attempts), it would be really useful if Atera would retain the events that triggered the alert so we can see them later. Unfortunately, if the alert is triggered and the endpoint goes offline, there's no way to see any detail. Storing this information would really be useful to help diagnose and resolve the issues we're monitoring.

Windows Updates
Windows Updates needs an overall, it's very confusing when you look at the updates as to which machine has or has not done the updates. When you look at the machine it's missing alot of updates.
