  2. The default macOS threshold profile does not consider that Mac Fans will stop periodically and send erroneous fan errors all of the time. Unless we set the profile not to check. This was the same issue for the past 5 years.

  3. I'd like to be able to group alerts. For example Server alerts or Workstation alert don't go to the same email address.
    Eve better if it could be different email for different Customers.
    Customers have different SLA so this is important for MSP's

    i have a server with 3 different volumes

    c: Total size 80 GB
    f: total size 10 GB
    g: total size 3 TB

    i would like to set 3 different Thresholds for this 3 differents volumes

    c: warning when disk space is less 10 GB and critical when disk space is less 5 GB
    f: warning when disk space is less 2 GB and critical when disk space is less 1 GB
    g: warning when disk space is less 20 GB and critical when disk space is less 10 GB

  7. Please add the time an alert was actually cleared to historic resolved alerts.

    When investigating a repeating issue, I need to see when the issue occurred, when it cleared and the duration.

  8. Ability to receive email alert for when a restart occurs on a server. Monitoring for Event ID 1074 does not work as this is an informational alert and does not trigger an email.

UI for the alert: Scenario: You can only see the first few characters of each alert, this frustratingly means that you have to keep clicking on the expand arrows for each alert to see the actual details. Yet there is no need for an expand arrow – as you could easily fit all the alert text on the screen at all times! Look at this example below and then you would have space to fit in the missing connect button too!

  11. The alert screen does not update correctly and shows out of date info. Scenario: You leave it on the alerts screen and return to it a bit later – old alerts are still showing that have already been cleared and the count is wrong as shown above “Displaying 18 of 13 alerts”
    Not a lot of help when your RMM system can’t even give you the right up to date information!

  12. You cannot assign directly a newly created threshold profile after creation. Scenario: You have just created a new threshold profile and click the applied to link to try and apply it to something but you can't.

  13. I would be nice, to set a rule to eventlog alerts, that if the event doesnt occour again in X minutes, then the alert is resolved automatically.

    Or make an option to resolve the alert based on later events.

  16. I would very much like a lot of improvement when monitoring Windows event logs. I don't want to specify an event source -OR- event ID. I need to specify the log, source, -AND- the ID.

    The very few prebuilt Atera event monitors have the ability to notify based on frequency. At the very least I would like to change that frequency, but it would be extremely helpful if we could specify a frequency like that when building a custom monitor.

    I also want to monitor events based on their criticality but not have that set the criticality of the alert…

  17. Alert when Diskspace changes 10 % for example a customer of us deleted 200 GB of Data and we were not informed, would be nice

  18. Alert time interval should have option to set up with minutes, hours, and days.
    we should have option to configure if an alert generate now, the same alert should not generate either next 1hr, 24hr, or next 7 days . presently you have the option to manually configure it through registry of each agent machine, which is not at all possible. if alert time interval is not setup like this then there will be a flood of tickets.

  20. The existing preset threshold item for the "Software Installed" event has a description of "Trigger an alert whenever new software is installed based on Event IDs 11707 and 1033"

    It does this, but it also catches false positives. Other events that are not software installs can also have Event ID 1033. The exact same scenario also happens for Event ID 1034, which is designed to notify of software uninstalls.

    Examples:
    Event Log: Application | Event Id: 1033
    These policies are being excluded since they are only defined with override-only attribute.
