The addition of a "Helpdesk Admin" role would be great. This role would only be able to view tickets and alerts, assign tickets to technicians, as well as manage customer information.

Same as everyone else commenting. All my technicians need to be admins currently to do their job which exposes us to a level of risk internally.

Please add a separate permission so that you can give the user the option to manage folders. Both create and rename and can associate devices to these folders.
As it is today, when I create a group to associate with a technician, I don't have the option of managing this folder resource without having to release full access to it.
I would like this permission to be able to make the administration more granular in the system.

Settings like remote access default should be set within a role. Our technicians use ScreenConnect as a default, while other Administrators only have Splashtop if absolutely necessary.
I would love if the permissions could be as granular as possible. Give me everything you've got.

Technicians roles: Allow/disallow edit or create scripts; and create/edit/run I.T. Automation/Patch Managment.

My "Technician" role I have all boxes checked except for "Billing". That role can't run scripts or perform patch management tasks.
