  2. Ability to quickly see who has Work From Home enabled. When this scales out and you want a report to see who has it installed per client, it would take too long to manually check for invoicing purposes. Please add a way to check which devices or by client has this installed. Please and thank you.

  4. I would like to have a view to see if contacts are not using Work from Home. This way we can audit who is not using the feature and release the license and not bill a customer for something they are not using.

  5. Currently as it stands it looks like you can only setup a client to access one computer using WFH. Please change this so that when the customer signs into the WFH page they can choose which computer they would like to remote connect too. Customers are happy to pay for the additional remote access to multiple devices.

  6. Currently, I can assign multiple users to a computer in work from home, but only the first assigned user can access the computer. It would be hugely beneficial if multiple users could be given access. They don't necessarily need to access the computer at the same time. But they all need the ability. And it would be helpful if there was a status notification to show when a computer is being remotely accessed.

  8. It would be good to be able to see if a user is currently on a remote session and also able to end their sessions. Maybe have working from home status icon on their device with menu options to disconnect user.

  10. Giving end customers the ability to turn on the PC through WOL would increase customer satisfaction and reduce WOL requests from managers.

  11. Add a "Work from Home" option in the billing contracts for customers so that the number of computers that have WFH enabled is automatically calculated and billed just like "Online Backup"

  12. Currently, I was informed that the only way that a Technician can support Atera's "Work from Home" feature is to elevate them to be Admins. This will also give them access to billing information the way we have our roles set. The "Desktop Remote Management" and "Server Remote Management" roles should allow technicians to be able to support the Work From Home feature without granting them access to Full Admin rights, but currently it does not work that way.
