Separate Software & Hardware updates - Add column to show only Driver Updates
It would be very helpful to either be able to hide Hardware Driver Updates from showing in the available updates count OR create a separate column only listing Hardware Driver Updates. The two are completely separate and each have their own importance. It's confusing after a patch automation run to see a number showing as if you still have missing patches on a device. SNMP monitoring,
We monitor all DiskUsage / Memory, CPU, Network bandwidth Usage type OIDs on servers / switches / routor or any other SNMP device.
It would be very relevant to allow the activation or not of a historical graph of each supervised OID in order to be able to do troubleshooting or proactive supervision
Current SNMP monitoring is so incomplete without this essential functionality !!! We would like have some graph same as prtg/nagios/NMP/graphana/ or other

Ability to have a view and/or report that will list all devices that require a reboot.
Now that the feature is there to show if a device needs a reboot, it would be nice if we could create a view and/or report that would show a list of those devices.

Device Filtering
The filtering devices, when looking through devices for available patches it would be nice to sort by the patches column so instead of searching through the whole list, we can see all the devices with pending patches sorted to the top of the list and go through these. It would be extremely helpful if the sorting could be applied to all columns.

Indication of if a connection to a device is ongoing
If another tech is already connected to an agent, it would be great if it displayed who is accessing that agent in real-time

Manual inventory entry
I'd like to be able to manually type in a device's spec. If we buy 10 laptops I'd rather not have to unbox them all to install agent to know what we have in inventory.

Device view to show monitored devices by the agent
at the moment you can nowhere can see in the device view of an server/desktop agent if it is monitoring other devices like "generic".
at the moment we swap a lof of virtual servers which monitor certain others things in the network. you finally see it if you want to delete an old, swapped server, then you get the note that there are devices monitored.

run a profile from the manage tab
Would be great to run a profile from the manage agent. Now you have to find the agent, assign a IT automation profile, go back to admin- patch management-apply to - agent-save-Then go back to the profile and click run now...

File transfer needs to support more than 100mb files. Is this 2005?

WMI Queries/ PowerShell Output
The ability to query a device's WMI and then set a custom field in the agent's record would allow us to then use those custom fields with filters. For example, query the processor type and then set a custom field to read either Intel or AMD.
I can see this working as a WMI query function built by Atera or an added feature to the installed agent that allows a script to send data back to the agent which would update the record.

Access Audit log
We should be able to audit who accesses what devices and when, including shifty Atera staff who get 4 digit pins from us and start accessing our customer computers whenever they want.

Fix issues with File Transfer
Please fix the issues with File Transfer to make it more useful:
- Show file dates/times
- Show full filenames
- Download multiple files and/or folders
- Allow upload of multiple files and/or folders
- Add typical "back" navigation - not just via the file tree
Isn't there a much richer off-the-shelf File Manager you could integrate that provides the basic background file management functions we need?

Compliance Management
It would be very nice to have a Compliance Management area of the Atera web console where we can set stuff to be checked and monitored for compliance on the devices. For example, if I deploy a GPO to block USB devices, I'd like to be able to measure that, checking the registry items and confirming that the values are configured as expected. The compliance could then be checked via a report or directly in the dashboard for each customer.
