  1. When checking the software inventory of an agent, have an option to remember if you want to see the details by default.

    Currently, If I want to check the software inventory on multiple agents individually, each time I need to check the box to see the details of the software, such as the version and installation date.

    It would be ideal if when checking that box, your choice is remembered.

  3. It's not obvious when you hit the optional create contact option when creating the customer how to create and skip.
    Make the create and skip button a different colour.

  4. Since moving to 100th percent for disk threshold checks, we now get a great many more alerts/resolves as storage bumps against the threshold. Was never so frequent when checks were whole percent.

    Can we either go back to whole percent, which was perfectly adequate or revise the threshold checks so it doesn't generate so many alerts. Option 1 is simpler but if there's a valid reason for measuring disk usage at 100th of a percent then it needs a "resolution" threshold as well.

    That is, above 90% warning alert but needs to drop below say 85% before the alert is…

  5. Hello,

    We will be using Atera as an internal helpdesk. All of our Customers are the locations that we manage. Currently Atera only allows you to enter a ticket for a Customer and the Contact that is within that Customer.

    We need the ability to switch the Customer on the ticket and keep the same contact as our staff work across multiple portfolios. This will allow us to bill our time to each Customer accordingly and maintain the correct contact.

    Anything that Atera can do to make this possible will be greatly appreciated.

  6. Actually in the settings there's the flag "Ticket cannot be reopened", the request is for a second flag as a title.

    on of our SNMP-device changes the last 3 digits of the OID appr. everey 24 hours based on the IKE SA.
    Actually there is no possibility to monitor the IPSec-Tunnel state.

    Please add a function to allow such setting.

  11. Have you noticed that the fields are reversed on the sign-in dialog? That one has to check the 'Keep me logged in' box first, so it should be on top, and then fill in the TFA code, so it should be on the bottom?

  13. In case you want to keep a large number of filters, for example a filter for each customer, it will be very convenient if when opening the list of filters you will only see the categories. when a category is selected the full list of views will be collapsed.

  14. Liking or upvoting should be enabled in the Features Board. If I see a comment I agree or support, why can't I show my support? This would be especially helpful for Atera to root out what features should be worked on.
