  1. Ability to quickly see who has Work From Home enabled. When this scales out and you want a report to see who has it installed per client, it would take too long to manually check for invoicing purposes. Please add a way to check which devices or by client has this installed. Please and thank you.

  3. Install agent on Synology, QNAP or Raspberry Pi. As we move to more cloud and Saas based offerings, the days when people had dedicated servers in the office is going away. As such I would like to be able to install the agent on another type of device like a NAS.

  4. Some clients are simply using the built in Windows Anti-virus "Defender". Seems to me that should be better integrated into the Atera echosystem.

  5. If availability monitoring is enabled for a device, Atera sends alerts when that device goes offline. However, it would be very useful if it would also send a notification when the device is back online (after a reboot for example). This is a basic feature and a must-have in my opinion.

  6. OID's are generally provided by the hardware manufacturers, or can be found in so-called OID repositories, where collections of MIB trees and the corresponding OIDs can be accessed.

    Scenario: Add the IP of an HP switch and then choose the correct template.

  11. SNMP monitoring,

    We monitor all DiskUsage / Memory, CPU, Network bandwidth Usage type OIDs on servers / switches / routor or any other SNMP device.

    It would be very relevant to allow the activation or not of a historical graph of each supervised OID in order to be able to do troubleshooting or proactive supervision

    Current SNMP monitoring is so incomplete without this essential functionality !!! We would like have some graph same as prtg/nagios/NMP/graphana/ or other

  12. Since the Atera Agent already collects the Service Tag or Serial number it would be great if it could potentially record warranty information and/or display that on the device screen and incorporate that into the Audit report.

  13. The device display shows the "Last Logged User". But this information does not clearly indicate if the user is still logged in. It is often stale or incorrect, especially if more than one user is logged in.

    Ideally, it should show the currently logged in user (the one that's active). And it should show their status (Active, Idle, etc...)

  15. According to Atera support, Windows Updates installed with Atera are not synced with the local Client PC update history - so no possibility for the client to check the patch level on the device. In my opinion this is a bug, not a feature.

  19. It is really annoying that there is no granularity in permissions.
    I should be possible to be admin without licence just to manage the tenant wich is not possible now. Management roles and user end roles aren't separated levels.
    Permissions should permit to create user profiles allowed to do everything except management such as changing licensing or viewing invoices wich concerns management not technicians. Payments method is saved so no control on bills
    IMO Actual user management is lacking this VERY important nuance. Very urgent implementing this otherwise not suited for large/well structured companies
