  1. This is a major flaw. We have no idea how many tickets we have lost because of this.
    Tickets should be linked to the customer not the contact.
    Contacts can be employees who might get fired, quit or come back.
    If you delete a contact it should just get hidden so that it can't be used on new tickets. And the contact should still show up on old tickets and should be allowed to be used in reporting.

    And there should be a way to show deleted contacts incase the employee comes back.

    Hey all,


    Happy to announce we are working on a way to archive contacts instead of deleting them


    Once a contact is archived, their tickets will remain in the system but there will be indication on the ticket that the contact is archived, and you will not be able to open new tickets on their behalf. 


    We will be sure to communicate once the feature is out.

  2. For new customers / users I currently still use Teamviewer Quicksupport to remotely install the Atera agent and then swap to Splashtop.

    As my Teamviewer subscription will soon expire, it would've been nice Splashtop SOS was actually included in the Atera subscription the same way that Teamviewer Quicksupport is with Teamviewer Premium/Corporate/Enterprise instead of having to pay for a separate Splashtop subscription again.
    Or I could use Microsoft Quick Assist, but still I'd rather prefer to also use Splashtop SOS for quick support sessions.

    I'm pretty sure Atera can fulfill this dream ;-)

  4. Password protect Atera Agent from being uninstalled. I have had several users uninstall the agent from their systems. Most do not recognize the software and remove it. Others are just nosy. And others see the new software added and remove it because they don't like control, "Big Brother" .

    I would like the option to place a check mark to turn on Password protection.

  5. There a not many contact fields synced with Azure AD. An important way is contact our customers via telephone (not mobile) - and that is missing. Also important is the field office or addresses. Because we have customers with more than one location.

    Faster remote access.

  10. This needs an overhaul and the following additional features would be an improvement.

    Scheduled Device Scan for Updates

    After updates have completed If a user is logged in prompt to reboot every set period of time until reboot accepted.

    After Updates If a user is not logged in attempt to reboot to schedule based on local device time.

    Allow local admin credential injection in order to force updates through that require a device to not just be turned on but logged in to work.

    Approve or Reject updates and set priority for security and critical updates based on the CVE.

  11. It would make the cost so much more worth it if we were able to do Vuln scans and present an executive report directly from Atera. As it stands now the export is worthless via the excel sheet. It doesnt show the machine names for the CVE's listed

  12. NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM) has a feature called Activity Stream which shows all of the relevant events for a device on the device page. It would be really great to have something similar in Atera.

    I'd like to be able to see a history of alerts, scripts run on the endpoint, date added, date retired, user login/logoff, reboots (or shutdown/start events), apps installed/updated, patches applied, and any other metrics relevant to RMM.

With this enhancement, a new set of reports will be made available to view on our Growth and Power tiers.  Users on our Power tier will be able to create their own custom reports to display the information they need to make data-driven decisions, every time.
