  4. It would be a great feature to allow us to move back to a previous page. Let say you're in the customer view/page and you have selected the wrong customer. Currently you'll need to select on the main option Customer on the side bar to view your list of customers to start over. Whereas if you have a button to move back, it convenient to go to the previous page.

  5. If you import a large SNMP template and want to delete unnecessary OID's, you have to delete one by one, confirming the 'yes' prompt every OID.

    Add checkboxes so that you can select multiple OID's and perform actions (eg; delete) in bulk.

  6. Avery time we install PC agent we get notification about it, but after few hours or next day we don't have ability to see all notifications. We need notification history to go back at least 1 week.

  7. A configurable page that can contain customized views, to allow information such as unassigned tickets to be seen on a central screen in the office as well as other information such as alerts.

  8. Have the ability to add a task list to the dashboard to improve productivity and not forget anything. Why not also a customer-to-manufacturer recall.

  9. When i view the customer list, the buttons are too large, it would be nice to be able to list my customers all on one page, instead of having to scroll to find the one i want.

  10. An option to add (perhaps in place of the default map) a live weather radar map, to assist in tracking severe weather events that could impact performance or status at a customer site.

  11. Today we don't only monitor servers and devices, we mainly monitor "SERVICES". Each application or service at our clients depends upon of dozens of components. It would be nice to have a place in the Dashboard where we can create those services with all its components and have the entire thing showing up as healthy/unhealthy or with alerts for performance, etc. As an example, one of my customers have a very important service for end users which depends on a custom website running on IIS and a SQL engine and some DBs running on a SQL server.   15. Our CEO needs to be able to view historical trends at a glance. Currently, each device has a 24-hour view, but we would like to be able to view devices for longer (week, month, etc), or compare several devices in a timeline format (compare which devices are having problems, or if issues are isolated to a single device while other devices are working fine).

    It would be incredibly convenient to have flags on the timeline marking the time of the alert and time of resolution (red and green, respectively).

  16. Have you noticed that the fields are reversed on the sign-in dialog? That one has to check the 'Keep me logged in' box first, so it should be on top, and then fill in the TFA code, so it should be on the bottom?
