  4. The Splashtop product advertises the ability to display multiple screens from a client workstation at once, but the "version" of Splashtop used within Atera does not allow this. Other remote control products (like Teamviewer) allow you to see all the workstation screens at once, greatly simplifying support tasks.

  7. Remove the unsuccessful aspects of the new UI and redesign to it use more of the classic UI.

    Double scroll bars in the new UI is unintuitive and makes navigating an absolute pain. Further, the new UI has made elements of the old UI small and bad to read.

  8. Simple, remember last 10 name searches in the search bar so I can quickly go back to a machine again without having to retype the name, as when we currently go from the machine site to another part of Atera the search does not remember where I was last so I have to search again, handy when you have lots of machines.

  9. Ability to transfer whole folders both ways would speed things up a lot. My beard grows long when doing anything with Atera's file transfer utility.

  10. Have chat open automatically and not ask for user to first accept the chat especially as the chat is not branded in anyway.

    In it's current form I feel the chat is unlikely to be useable in production.

  11. Hello

    With the new UI of Atera, we're able to see much less of the ticket names than in the old UI.
    This is a problem, because we have systems that autogenerate tickets with rather long names, and I can't identify the ticket without opening each ticket, which is annoying when I have to do it sometimes with 30 or more tickets.

    So - if we could be able to drag the different panes in the ticket view. E.g. make the 'Details' pane larger, so there isn't so much "waste" of space with nothing but white.

  12. Phone Suite (https://www.xtelsio.com/en/products/client/index.htm) has the ability to open a URL when a call comes in, using a wildcard to pass information (like the phone number).
    It would be nice, if there was the option to open a contact in Atera by using the phone number instead of the contact-id (which I assume is used now).
    If the phone number is unknown, open a new contact.

  13. Bring back the scroll bar. Removing the scrollbar is probably the worst idea since Nazis. Especially for anyone who is trained in IT and UI/UX, like I am.

  15. If you go to a customer that has lots of tickets, and you filter out the tickets to see only closed ones for example, and you click to open one ticket and then click back, it takes you back to the default open and pending tickets- there is no way to save a certain filter.

  16. When logging in, here's what I have to do

    1. Go to https://app.atera.com/auth0.html ("Login" button, top right, atera.com)
    2. Enter my email address, click "continue"
    3. A password field appears. Enter my password.
    4. I get a prompt to "Use fingerprint or face recognition" (which never works, it says "Something went wrong")
    5. I click "Try another method"
    6. I then click "Google Authentication or similar"
    7. On the following page a OTP field appears for my rolling code

    Only after all this can I log in and get to working.

    Now this wouldn't be so much of an issue if Atera didn't keep logging me out…

  17. When a ticket is already created, but the contact changes and the contact is not already created in Atera, I'd like to be able to create a contact from within the ticket.

  18. The event viewer window is very small, we should be able to maximize this window. Also, it would be very good to be able to filter and search for specific events. Actually, the "Event Viewer" option from the devices is not very usable.
