  2. I am not sure if you have viewed Syncro rmm services for MSPs but they have several billing enhancements that would be very useful if added. One of those enhancements includes credit card payment integration with companies such as Stripe and Paypal. They allow you to post links in both the email invoice and on your website for your payment portal for the customer. Their invoice portal also shows when an invoice is overdue etc. They even have a timeclock feature that is added to keep track of your and your teams individual time working.   4. This would be a good app integration, I use this for a number of windows endpoints that are in use by the public use. A reboot and the PC is set back to its original state. They have several offerings, a standard suite and an enterprise suite. This would be a good addition.

  5. Guardz is an Israeli-based company and can go a long way toward being a turn-key solution for security compliance. It provides fantastic data for Annual Security Risk Assessments and Compliance standards. Would be great if we were able to leverage this through Atera as part of your offering!

  6. Another push for Freshbooks integration, it looks like its been over 2 years since it was last commented on.
    I don't know if there was an API before, but there definitely is one now:

  11. sometime i have employees working from home and need to connect to their home computer to help them but i do not have the Atera client installed. it would be helpful to be able to send them a link to use to get connected to them.

  12. Would be great to have a direct connection with iDrive's Helpdesk RemotePC. Would be a simple integration and provide an acceptable / affordable alternative remote connection method as SplashTop has its issues and so does AnyDesk.
