  4. When you receive an email and it contains a link to a ticket, tapping the link should check if the app is installed and if it is, open it to display the ticket.

  9. Desired functionality in Mobile app(s) to allow Wake-On-Lan.
    We have multiple computers on battery backup, which could be used as waking agents.
    We're also enabling resume power on AC recovery.
    In a recent power outage, I had to go into the office to turn machines on.
    I could VNC and Remote Desktop to agent(s) powered on with my phone, but this is undesirable.

  11. Please simplify logon process for the mobile app (iOS).

    It should work like in other apps where you just open the app and do Face-ID, no fiddling with entering email-address and clicking through a lot of pages. This is a real inconvenience when you want to quickly react to a push notification/alarm!

  13. Mobile App: would like to see where I can assign to ticket. Would be great on that first screen, to see where the ticket is and assign it. It is just too many clicks. Would be more comfortable. Especially when you are on the go.

  14. It would be very helpfull for Anydesk Remote and rest remote apps to work through Mobile App with pop-up integration. Till now only Splashtop is working based on Atera support.

  15. The Alerts page on the mobile app needs work, specifically the 3 dots that rarely work. As there are only two options "Resolve","Snooze" it would be better to have the ability to swipe left or right on the alert to choose which option you want (this would looks much like the way one would archive/delete an email in the Gmail or Outlook apps.)

  16. A customer app where the end user can create and track tickets & interact with the technician on the go. Although the browser portal is good, most end users want the ease of using an app on their mobile device & would be more inclined to create tickets.

  17. The mobile app needs the ability to be used in Landscape view. Some of us would prefer to travel with a tablet instead of a laptop, but until the browser can open the Splashtop app, we're stuck using the mobile app. Super not-user-friendly when a tablet is in landscape mode using a keyboard and you have to awkwardly move it to read anything.

  20. "Signature Attached" isn't all that helpful or meaningful to the customer - being able to provide a declaration - "I confirm that the work completed is to my satisfaction" for example would be much more helpful and meaningful.
