A generic monthly service desk report would be amazing to provide to clients every month which shows the number of tickets received, pending, resolved and outstanding. the SLA for the month, patch report. most popular ticket categories and their next level sub cat. top, say 10, alerts. and maybe a user list (so they can confirm the correct amount) - just a generic of the most popular items to deliver to a client in a monthly service desk meeting - and one we can send to them

  2. Software Inventory of All Software Across All Endpoints. I would like a report that gives me a full software inventory of all software packages installed on all endpoints, identified by device name, and exported as a .CSV. So I can use Excel to examine software counts, endpoints that don't have a certain software package, etc.

  3. When Scheduled Reports are send, for Patch Status Summaries, the report is always send with subject: "Your Atera 'Patch Status Summary' report is here". But, when for instance you have several packages, Basic, Intermediate and Expert, and based on this the reporting should be different, we can only see the actual setting it's send for, when opening the report. We should see the name in the email, to distinguish it easier.

  4. Hi Guys,
    There is no way active directory can generate the total number of hours a user was logged in to their laptop. At times where a user claims that he/she has worked over-time, we have no report that can be provided to see how many hours they have worked. Is there any way Atera can generate such reports?

  5. we need a way to act on reports. For example, these machines all need to update the software we filtered for: https://i.imgur.com/x7WyXn0.png - so we would need a checkbox in front and a button to apply an automation profile and a shutdown button etc. (the more actions the better).

    this may be a big project to implement, so let us at least jump to the machine with a link like this: https://i.imgur.com/7O0BhvX.png

  7. As I was attempting to add the serial numbers in for products, I was unable to use letters and it cut my off at a certain point. Some products contain serial numbers with letters and can be 15 -20 characters long.

  9. Nothing privacy breaking or intrusive but the ability to see where and when a user logged in and when they logged out showing some basic level of activity. If you have to do forensics or look for trouble on all users computers this would be really helpful. Also if you have to prove for some reason a person was logged in you can run a report.

  10. Allow bulk exporting of all clients bitlocker keys in the reports function. This way we can add the keys to our external DMS instead of having to manually copy/paste them from Atera.

  15. When a report is run the bar graph lines says issue / resolved, but when the report is exported this information is not there for a Customer to see.
    They don't know why there are 2+ lines.

    This caused confusion and aggravation to the Customer and looks bad on us.

  17. It would be great to be able to generate a report that shows all the computers under a client and show at the same time all the hardware information including operating system, cpu, ram amount, hard drive or ssd on the same page.

    It seems like a essential feature for this software to be able to have an inventory of a client

  18. More granularity on the reports. Some techs need access to Software Inventory reports for example, but not the Technician comparison reports. Need to be able to decide on that

  20. Change Port Availability field on the auditor reports - right now it looks as if all your major ports (21, 25, 80, etc.) are OPEN because of the green check mark, but in actuality the green check mark means that they are CLOSED. I would appreciate if the port availability section was just a little more explicit and said OPEN or CLOSED. This seems to have changed from November 2022!
