  1. Please bring back the Customer A-Z lookup feature!

    Or at least give me some other control of how my customers are displayed within the Atera portal:

    https://app.atera.com/new/customers

    I liked the old way better when I could choose alphabetically from A-Z to quickly jump to a location.

    Currently, when I try to scroll, it has an annoying lag to get to the bottom of the page. Therefore, I would like to go back to the old display, or somehow add back the “A-Z” selection.

  5. We have added custom ticket status' but when viewing a customer's tickets page it only ever selects :open" and "pending" by default and meeds to have your custom ones selected EVERY time you go back to that page.

    We should have a way that we can set what ones are preselected by default so that we can see the tickets we need to for each customer quicker and easier

  6. Although potentially niche, it would be nice to have individual contact notes to document things like hours, work days, multiple positions, position changes, what the contact manages for larger companies, typical problems, the list is very large. Having a general note area that looks neat would be extremely useful for providing the fastest and best service. A easy to edit availability schedule for calls or in office times to troubleshoot hardware would be extremely beneficial to help plan out the day.

  10. We need the ability to use the same contact email address on more than one customer for billing purposes, and the reason, a contact can be a business owner/decision maker on more than one company (customer). Ex. Parent companies, business investors, etc.

  12. Halo PSA they have an area where you start an engagement with a potential client and basically, we enter the info and there is a continuation throughout the whole process. Start, contract sales, and then eventually it turns into a client. I would be able to bring in my marketing team inside Atera to start the process there. Right now we use Xoho forms.

  13. We are a msp and we manage the IT infrastructure of companies who also have a part time it technician. It would be great if this person could use some features of Atera e.g. remote maintenance, ticket etc.. for a cheaper price.

When setting up Atera with new users, for people not on Office 365, adding new users one at a time automatically e-mails that user with their username/password - when importing a list of new users from a CSV file, the e-mail is not sent. It would be a nice improvement to have it send the e-mail when importing a list.

  15. a disgruntled employee could go through Atera and delete critical passwords. the wrong password could be updated. An old system could come back to us with an out of data admin password that has been updated in atera and the old one forgotten.

    the ability to run a password history report on a client to see old or deleted passwords that were stored in atera, so it would make the actions of a disgruntled employee useless instead of critically damaging.

  16. Currently a single customer is unable to have several different sites configured. For example of company that runs several dentist practices in different locations. Also if you create a new customer for each of the practices you are unable to use the same contact / owner details across the different customer profiles which causes another problem.

    So the solution would allow us to create multiple sites under one customer profile thus allowing us to access these different sites and allowing us to use the same contact details. It will also be good to have the ability to assign different contract…

  17. When viewing a customer's devices under Customer, we cannot see the total amount of devices. Even under folders, it doesn't give you the total amount of devices one client has. We need to calculate one by one. Would be nice to know how many there are in total.

  18. Ability to allow one or more of an existing client contacts to generate reports related to that client which include ability to run tickets with tickets activity, auditor report for HW and patches etc..

    For example if I have company XYZ in my clients, and I have Joe he is the main contact or super user working for XYZ company, then I should be able to grant him access and permissions to run related activities such as tickets, tickets activities, HW, patches etc..

  19. Would be great if there was a better way to change a users passwords. At the least have a confirmation of when the password was saved that it actually worked. I very often click to save twice and sometimes it still dont seem to save. Also if it was easier in general to set up work from home would be great.

  20. When we add a customer, there are only 3 ranks. Gold, Silver and Block. We have 4 different names for our clients. But we can't use them in Atera.
    Can you make the possible for us to add different ranks for each customer.
    It will make it easier when a tech looks to know what lever of support that customer gets.

    Right now its useless, you give 2 ranks and blocked.
    It doesn't make sense.
