  2. Currently in order to merge tickets you have to know the ticket number you wish to merge the selected tickets into. It would be very convenient to be able to select all the tickets you wish to merge together and when selecting merge, be given the option to merge all ticket selected into the oldest created ticket of the selected. Otherwise still be given the option to also put in the ticket number to merge into as it currently is setup to do.

  3. We need a way to send a ticket to different people without bothering our customer every single time we send or receive something back and forth with a third party.

    This might include sendint a request for parts to a third party that doesn't involve the customer at all or things similar to this.

    Right now there is no way to do this with Atera. It forces us to address the contact as the main recipient of every e-mail involved in the ticket and there is no way to even forward the ticket to anybody else. This would go a…

  5. We can currently seemingly only use the default SLA headings for ticket response times. However, my contractual SLAs are organised in a matrix, taking account of both the priority and the impact.

    Would be nice to be able to create our own SLA matrix that then maps directly into the customer portal and ticketing system.

  6. Please introduce the ability to change the contact for multiple tickets at once. It'd be very beneficial to be able to select all the tickets pertaining to a contact and change said contact without having to access each ticket to do so.

  7. When merging tickets, you should be able to highlight all tickets to merge, and then select which of the selected tickets to merge the others in.

    Currently you have to be aware of a ticket title or number to merge into, and you need to ensure you DO NOT select the merge destination - this is counter-intuitive and makes it harder than it needs to be to merge.

  9. Customer just reported since we changed to atera, they can no longer view tickets which their staff have submitted. Would it be possible to have a manager view for a customer so they can view all tickets logged under their account?

  11. When looking at a ticket that is unassigned, it would be nice to have an indicator to see if another agent is currently looking at the ticket at the same time and to see who is actively looking at that said ticket.

    This would also play hand in hand when you use the @NAME feature, to see when that agent you @'d is now looking at the ticket and give a notice to if they respond to the ticket.

  13. There is only option to access business hours but there is no ability to add public holidays in the system which will impact SLA's.

  14. It would be greate if the SLA definition could also be set to fields like Ticket Proiority or Ticket Type instead only to Ticket Impact.

    In some cases Incidents must be handled differently than a change or a request even if it have the same Ticket impact - like Minor - or those fields gets hide in the ticketing portal.

  15. Add support for receiving emails in plain text format that are turned into help desk tickets. Currently only RTF and HTML are supported. Alerts from servers are generally sent over in Plain Text for info purposes.

  16. When viewing tickets it would be brilliant if we could have a more compact view of the tickets so that we can see more tickets on one screen, similar to Zendesk or Freshdesk. The current ticket view is huge and you can only see around 5-6 tickets on the screen at a time.

  18. We need the ability to edit, delete, add our own ticket status, ticket priority, ticket impact, ticket type, and product family.

    For example, what if I wanted to place a ticket into pending materials, or pending third party.

    Then what if we wanted to pull a report of all tickets in said status? or view all tickets currently assigned to that status?

    What if we wanted to change the priority and link that to SLA timers. For example, low should be changed to Normal so that the end-users do not think their request/issue is of low priority?

  20. Ability to easily track incidents for customers.

    I.e Contoso has a limit of 5 tickets per month.

    Upon the 6th ticket logged, a pop up comes up when an engineer accesses the newly created ticket, advising them the customer has exceeded the monthly incident allowance.
