Automatic close Alerts
So i have a typical backup error that occours once or twice a week on random customers, some scenarios is when the backupvault isnt available for example internet interuption or similar.
Then the "manual" solution" is to restart the service next day when i check the backuplogg. So it would be nice to be able to tick a box in combination with running a selfhealing script that close the alert imedieately if the "selfhealing" setting is enabled. I can then automatically trigger a new backup and the later backup will most probaly run successful. This could of course be nice…6 votes -
Notifications via pushover
Notifications via pushover NEEDS to be an option. The Atera phone app is not reliable and doesn;t keep going off when there is a notification. Plus it keeps needing to be logged into for the ability to see the alerts but most of the time they still don't show up after logging back into the app.
Give the ability to send notifications to Pushover so Atera RMM would detect that a node is offline that we want monitored and push the notification as a urgent notification to Pushover. The Pushover app then will keep alerting on your device until you…

Availability Monitoring
can u add/change the feature for "availabity monitoring" to where we can modify the time settings without modifying the registry on servers that have the antera agent. Currently there is no Threshold Profile that can accomplish this, nor do we have any option to change the time interval that atera as set, which I believe is 3 minutes.

Asset Management
It would be nice if you could automatically generate alerts/tickets based on Assets with an expiration date approaching.
For example, if I create an asset for a Software or Hardware Maintenance/Support agreement. Atera should able to send an alert or create a ticket for that asset based on the defined expiration date. You could allow the customer to define the threshold for how far in advance to send the alert.

Threshold profiles/alerts to go to different teams
Would like to be able to send alert profiles to different staff. I have one profile for workstations and one for servers. Would like to have workstation alerts email the helpdesk and server alerts to the server/network admins.

Widget for Disk Capacity
We would like a widget in the dashboard for disk capacity alerts. as this is one of the biggest reasons why we took Atera. Unfortunately we cant monitor this properly now.

A way to auto merge tickets if it has multiple alerts coming in
We are seeing that we will get multiple of the same alerts for the same device throughout the day. We would like to have the ability for it to either auto merge or auto close any new tickets that come in if we already have a ticket open for that specific alert.

Count bubble on Alerts like you have for Network Discovery in left nav
This would allow users on other screens to see if there are alerts pending.
Currently we have to periodically click on Alerts to see if there are any.
Having the count show up will let us know when we need to look at them.1 vote -

Routing Alerts
Hi,
It would be nice to be able to route alerts. For example, my company wants alerts to be tickets but we do not want the Resolved alerts to be tickets. So it would be nice if we could route the Critical and Warning alerts to our support email and the Resolved alerts to our general emails.1 vote -
Alarm-Dashboard - Custom labeling for Eventlog-Events
In the alarm dashboard, threshold alarms of the event log type are presented in a confusing manner.
The own designation of the threshold value is not adopted in the overview of the dashboard.
This already works well with scripts. So it would be good if all alerts could have a custom /userfriendly name.

disk activity alert time setting
We have been seeing some computers recently hit 100% disk activity and stay that way for several minutes. Occasional spikes may not be a problem, but when a computer hits 100% disk activity and stay that way for a while, we want to be alerted.
The current settings do have the percentage, but having a time frame like the other alerts would make this trigger actually usable. As it is, we had to turn it off because too many little spikes were triggering alerts that we have to manually remove. Being able to set the threshold to something like disk…

Alerts if a device goes offline and stays there for a certain time
It would be nice to be able to receive an email alert when a device goes offline and stays there for 30 days, for example.
Upon receiving these emails, one could specifically investigate why the device is offline.2 votes -
Ability to detect if a device alarm has already created a ticket
Ability to detect if a device alarm has already created a ticket and then add to it and not open a new ticket.
currently atera creates a ticket from an alarm. If the ticket is not closed and the alarm is retriggered, a new ticket is created. I would like Atera to recognize this and add the alarm to the existing ticket rather than creating a new ticket.

Automate printer consumable orders from SNMP generated alert
We want to be able to offer Automated Consumable Orders for our customers via Atera. We are monitoring their printers via SNMP. When the printers reach "Low Toner" status we want Atera to automatically create a ticket and email the supplier to order that client some toner and then close the ticket.
At the moment we can make this work, however there is one big problem. It will automatically create a ticket for ALL "Warning" or "Critical" status. Maybe this could be fixed with a new alert status called "Consumable"?
