Use AI to Assign agent based on the login information on a domain computer. And assign the agent to a Profile based on the Profile name.

'check-in' frequency
How often does the web UI and agent communicate?
Admittedly it's my own fault, but I often find myself working on an agent, shutting it down, and then forgetting that I still need it (or if I'm testing the Wake on LAN functionality before installing a PC). Sometimes I find myself waiting for up to 30 minutes before the web UI reports the device as offline, and so I can't use the Wake on LAN function as the web UI thinks the device is still online.
Could we either…
A) Increase the frequency the agent and web UI communicate/check-in
B)…

Use Atera servers as monitoring agent
Would be nice to be able to set up an Atera server as the monitoring agent for website for example.
Atera's servers are much more reliable that what we have in house for example. Would be nice to set that up as a monitoring agent10 votes -
Gathering Metrics Refresh
When making a change on a device, we have to wait for Atera to realise there has been a change. Please give us the option to use a refresh button such as "Get Agent Metrics now" or something similar in order to essentially force Atera to get the most up to date information it can.

The ability to change the AI and Help Desk hot keys
We like the AI assistant but it has some room to grow. Currently, it locks up on most of our fleet. We use the F1 key for all kinds of things. It would be nice if we could change the AI to another shortcut because we cannot make this change we had to abandon the ai assistant altogether. Just thought others might be in the same situation and would like a change

ZFS - Status
"ZFS" is being used more and more with Linux.
The individual disks are displayed. However, this does not really help.The status is evaluated very simply with "zpool status".

Install agent on Synology, QNAP or Raspberry Pi. As we move to more cloud and Saas based offerings, the days when people had dedicated servers in the office is going away. As such I would like to be able to install the agent on another type of device like a NAS.

Notifying end users of Remote Access Whilst on the machine
With Security ever growing and having some new clients that have had old IT staff "monitoring" other users' PCs including management - we have been asked if we can show the clients' end user when we are online. Splashtop shows it briefly, but we would like the ability to be able to permanently show the end user when we are online - so a banner in the bottom corner stating who is accessing the PC when they are connected - I feel this should be able to be switched on or off in case there are policy or issues where…

Storage and inode usage can differ so it must be tracked. High inode usage could result in services crashing or freezing.

ipfire & ipCop - Agent
Hello.
We monitor a lot of firewalls "ipFire" (also ipCop).
It is also widely used worldwide as an open source solution.A functioning agent would be perfect here! It would simplify a lot of things.
From my point of view, an SNMP query is out of the question.
I just tested it and the effort would (I assume) be limited.

Ist weltweit auch sehr verbreitet als OpenSource Lösung.Hier wäre ein funktionierender Agent sehr perfekt! Das würde sehr viele Dinge vereinfachen.
Eine SNMP Abfrage kommt, aus meiner Sicht, nicht in Frage.

SNMP Description on Alert Email
When we set up a monitored OID and expect to receive an alert when the alert is triggered, it is crucial that description of that alert we set up is included somewhere in that email.
Without it, when we receive the alert email, we have to then go back into Atera and into the device to figure out which alert was actually triggered. Small change I feel but would have a huge impact.

Support FIPS
We need Atera to support FIPS. We have FIPS enabled for compliance reasons and therefor can't use Atera. We love the product, so hopefully this will be added in the near future.

agent health report from device page
Generate agent health report from device page. When investigating a device, it would be handy to be able to generate the agent health report right from the device page instead of needing to choose reports, customer, device name then generate which takes you off the device page.
